bukaddor & fishbeck have been active in electronic music scene for quite some time, both as a duo and as single artists. after their rhythm machine „less“ on mbf an aera of most stripped down sound began and will be continued on and on. their four ep's on mbf shows its significance in the cool symbiosis of house and techno and of tempo and relaxation. both of them know very well how to play the stop and go game, one that is so evident in most of the very successful productions around right now. proved by ritchie hawtin who celebrated this record on germany's biggest festival „time warp“.

bukaddor & fishbeck bring the groove of house and the sound of techno together and are capable of doing this through their knowledge of club music and their tight and fat production. to make a lot out of little is still desirable but few do it in the remarkable way bukaddor & fishbeck do it. funky rhythms meet electronic sounds, sometimes crystal clear and small in size like tiny animals, sometimes heavy and bassy like the sea when it hits the shore. two worlds collide here and result in a slick build up tension that attracts dancers like sugar in a hurricane.

bukaddor & fishbeck are known through their three releases on mbf which have acclaimed international success resulting in a dozen live appearances. the fact that the duo now also releases records on traum is due to the fact that they have written two wonderful colourful melodic tracks.

a live act of that duo is like the official text of the track "mantikor" on traum v95: it gives you the feeling as if dancing on a volcano. under the surface you can sense a movement of sounds that slowly motions near the surface, till shortly before the end of the track when it eventually reaches the surface. it's an hypnotic, gripping tune that puts a spell on you, keeps us in suspense. a fantastic piece of music that bridges post progressive music with advanced beat programming, that some describe as minimal, but which has developed through the years as baggy and tim has been successful in the past with writing music for different genres and projects.
