paul de homem-christo is the young brother of guy-manuel de homem-christo, member of daft punk. all of his original tracks have been released on guy-manuel de homem-christo’s label crydamoure and roulé (the label of daft punk’s thomas bangalter). those two record companies are among the most selling house music labels worldwide nowadays. play paul has also signed abrand new « hooligan-house » project syndicated people on one of the best u.k. house labels, defected.
play paul and the buffalo bunch are well known and recognized producers (and remixers) in the international house scene.
october 1976 : birth in paris
- january 1991 : first steps in music as a drummer
- 1991-1996 : drummer in several amateur heavy-rock-thrash bands (influences : guns n’ roses, skid row, the cult, metallica, megadeth, slayer...). played as drummer in the band seven tracks with romain tranchart, member of modjo.
- 1997 : first contact with electronic music devices
- 1998 : founded the buffalo bunch with romain seo and started making house music.
- 2001 : started working with sandra duran on an r n’ b project
