nachdem das label sine music kürzlich mit seiner chillout-compilation „cosmic chill lounge vol.2“ ››› gute positionen in einigen download-charts etwa bei itunes und beatport landen konnte, meldet es sich zum hochsommer mit der digitalen compilation „cool off chillout“ zurück. |

der sampler liefert 14 romantische tracks, oft mit sinnlichen vocals. bei langsamem tempo gibt schlagzeug-rhythmik den beat an, aber auch latin-flavoured beats kommen zum einsatz.
es sind jedoch vielmehr die lang gezogenen flächen, die den tracks ihre beruhigende wirkung verleihen. dazu kommen noch entspannte melodien, die meist in einer natürlichen instrumentalisierung mit akkustischer gitarre und etwa piano klingen. so fusionieren hier elektronische und ‚echte’ sounds.
