das remixalbum basiert auf dem album „progression“. somit findet man auf der doppel-cd originaltracks sowie selbige tracks in einem neuen soundmantel. zusätzlich enthält das album markus' neue single „the new world“.
eingeleitet wird das remix-album ebenso wie sein original mit der single „i am“, die auch im mat zo remix einen stimmungsvollen auftakt bietet. ein weiteres highlight ist die vocalnummer „daydream“ mit andy moore.
auch die weiteren tracks begeistern mit einer soundvielfältigkeit. so findet man tracks von instrumentalem über harmonisch verträumten und düsteren sound bis hin zu vocalhaltigen ohrwürmern.
